Company Overview

HelloDhobi is a doorstep laundry and dry cleaning company based in India. It also provides commercial laundry solutions to hospitals, hostels, and other businesses.

The UX Process

Being the sole UXer since the product’s inception, I led the design process right from ideation to usability testing and QA testing for iOS and Android developer betas.

The UX documentation is currently protected under a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
