Company Overview

HomeDash, a Chicago-based company, offers an all-in-one platform for home service professionals to manage their entire business from their smartphone and a web-based desktop app. It covers all aspects of their workflow, including job scheduling, customer database, invoicing and payment processing, online bookings, and technician dispatch.

The UX Process

Crafting a design system for HomeDash required me to wear multiple hats while performing research, ideation, prototyping, user testing, production, and QA sessions with developers for post-release testing through Apple TestFlight and Google Play Console to identify system errors and ensure pixel-perfect development throughout the SDLC.
The UX documentation is currently protected under a Non-Disclosure Agreement.
