MAQ Software is the 2021 Microsoft Power BI Partner of the Year and Global 2000 companies partner with MAQ Software to accelerate BI & analytics initiatives.

The UX Process

Being the sole UXer since the product’s inception, I led the design process right from ideation to usability testing and QA testing for iOS and Android developer betas.
The UX documentation is currently protected under a Non-Disclosure Agreement.

Refreshing the dashboard auto-animates all data visualization charts from their previous state to make the magnitude of change evident.

Ticket logging pop-up.

Interface for personal assistant MOBI showcasing how support cases are handled in real-time.

Notifications pop-up with the ability to mute.

User-enabled custom shortcut for deadline mode.

Microinteraction for creating and renaming a custom shortcut.
